IMPACT Arena Clarifies Temporary Raised Seating Incident at the “Asanee–Wasan” Concert

Following reports of an incident involving a temporary raised seating area on Level 1 during the “Asanee–Wasan” concert at IMPACT Arena, the Company would like to clarify that the seating area was part of a temporary structure installed specifically for this concert.

Immediately following the incident, IMPACT Arena personnel, together with the event organizer, inspected the affected area and promptly carried out the necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety standards and that the area was suitable for use.

The incident was limited to the temporary raised seating structure and had no impact on the permanent floor of IMPACT Arena, which remains intact and undamaged and is designed to support loads of up to 2 tons per square meter.

The Company places the highest priority on the safety of all visitors, artists, staff, and event participants. We will work closely with the organizer and relevant parties to thoroughly review the incident and reassess the applicable safety measures and procedures to help prevent a similar occurrence in the future.
